1) Advertisement about school entrance examination is published in newspapers approx. one month before the date of examination.

2) Prospectus is issued which also contains the application form for the admission to the parents seeking admission of their child.

3) A week before the date of examination, the number of applications received are counted.

4) One week before setting of question paper of entrance examination is done.

5) Preparation of seating plan one day before the examination.

6) ON THE DAY OF EXAMINATION

(A) Written examination.

(B) Preparation of merit list of candidates.

(C) Physical capacity test.

(D) Interview of parents of candidates in merit list.

(E) Medical examination of candidates.

(F) Preparation of final merit list for admission.
